These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hafen.in ("Site") operated by Häfen ("we", "us", or "our"). "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing or using the Site. "Released Parties" means Häfen and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors.
The Site enables you to browse and purchase Häfen products and services ("Products"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, exit the Site immediately.

1. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before using the Site.
2. Electronic Communications
By visiting the Site or placing an order, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, by email or by notice posted on the Site. All agreements and notices provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
3. Eligibility
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site on behalf of another individual or an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
Häfen reserves the right to deny access to any person at any time, at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials,("Häfen Content"). is the property of Häfen or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this Site are the intellectual property of Häfen or their respective owners. You may not display or reproduce any mark without prior written consent from Häfen.
5. Limited Licence and Site Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
• Resell or make commercial use of the Site or its contents
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Häfen Content without authorisation
• Use data mining, bots, spiders, or automated tools to extract data from the Site
6. Fees and Payments
Product prices are displayed on the Site inclusive of all applicable taxes, shown as "MRP (incl. of all taxes)". Standard shipping is free. Any additional charges will be communicated at checkout before you place your order.
We use third-party payment processors. Accepted payment methods. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options, are detailed on the checkout page. Separate terms for bank and EMI offers are provided at checkout and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment and delivered in roll-pack format. Serviceability can be verified by entering your PIN code on the Site.
Title and ownership of Products remain with Häfen until delivery to your shipping address. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accessible and the delivery location has adequate access.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit due to a fault of Häfen or our logistics partner, we will work to retrieve or replace your shipment at no additional cost.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our full Refund Policy. including the 120 Days Risk-Free Trial terms, warranty returns, refund timeline, and cancellation process. is set out in the Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Offer Codes
Häfen may issue offer or gift codes through promotional activities. These are non-transferable, valid for single use, and subject to the terms communicated with each offer. Only codes issued directly by Häfen are valid. Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and expiry dates may apply.
10. User Feedback and Reviews
If you submit ideas or suggestions to Häfen, we may use them freely and without obligation. If you post reviews on the Site, you grant Häfen a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for any purpose, including marketing. Reviews must not contain defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material. Häfen reserves the right to remove any review at its discretion.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for its intended, lawful purpose. The following are prohibited:
• Attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the Site or user accounts
• Framing or linking to the Site without permission
• Posting false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Using the Site to commit any illegal act
• Accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited
12. Disclaimers
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Häfen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without liability.
13. Grievance Redressal
For any customer grievance, please refer to our Grievance Redressal Policy. All grievances are handled at support@hafen.in. We respond within 24 hours.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Häfen and its Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000.
Häfen will not be in breach of these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, epidemic, pandemic, or disruptions to infrastructure.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Häfen and its Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any content, or breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
17. Termination
Häfen reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. These Terms continue to apply after termination.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. General
Failure by Häfen to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Häfen with respect to the Site.
