120 Days Risk-Free Trial

Every Häfen mattress comes with a 120 Days Risk-Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied within 120 days of delivery, you may return the mattress at no cost to you.

To initiate a return, write to support@hafen.in. We will respond within 24 hours and arrange a doorstep pick-up at no charge.

 

Trial Eligibility Conditions

        The mattress must be in donatable condition. It must be free from stains, tears, soiling, or odours, except defects reported at the time of the return request and confirmed by our team

        Products shipped outside India are not eligible for return

        A maximum of two units of any one product may be returned per order per customer

        If a mattress is returned under the 120 Days Risk-Free Trial, the same customer or shipping address will not be eligible for a subsequent 120 Days Risk-Free Trial on the same product type

 

Warranty Returns

For returns arising from a manufacturing defect or product failure outside the trial period, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Warranty claims are handled separately and have their own eligibility conditions and timelines.

 

Refund Timeline and Mode

Once your return is confirmed, we will request your bank account details by email at support@hafen.in. Refunds are processed to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the required details.

We do not issue refunds in cash under any circumstances.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. Write to support@hafen.in to cancel. We will confirm cancellation and process a full refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. The 120 Days Risk-Free Trial applies from the date of delivery.

 

Out-of-Stock Orders

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email to offer an exchange, a delayed delivery, or a full refund. You may choose any of these options.

 

Exchange

To request an exchange, write to support@hafen.in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
