Dispatch Timeline

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Format

Häfen mattresses are delivered in roll-pack format, compressed and sealed for efficient delivery. After unboxing, allow 4 to 6 hours for the mattress to fully expand before sleeping on it. Full expansion may take up to 72 hours, with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 15mm in length, width, and height.

 

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free across India. No delivery fee will be added at checkout.

 

Serviceability

We ship to most PIN codes across India. Serviceability can be verified by entering your PIN code on the product or checkout page. We are unable to ship to addresses outside India.

 

Shipping Address

Products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. Häfen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for our logistics vehicles and that there is adequate access (lift or stairwell) to complete delivery. Any additional costs arising from access constraints are your responsibility.

 

Title and Ownership

Title and ownership of Products remain with Häfen until delivery to your specified shipping address.

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged in transit due to a fault of Häfen or our logistics partner, write to support@hafen.in immediately. We will work to retrieve or replace your shipment at no additional cost to you.

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be shared by email after dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, write to support@hafen.in. We respond within 24 hours.
